Broken into various stages including functional warm up drills, pairs padwork and drills, technique practice, high intensity pyramid and circuit/fitness workouts. Your fitbit will love you all week!

Fun circuit style class for weight loss, fitness and toning. No need to book a place, just turn up.
Wednesday 6.45pm - 7.45pm, £40 for 8 weeks or £6 per class.
This is a 12 week programme including; 3 sessions a week of indoor and outdoor varied exercise, pre and post programme measurements and a healthy eating advice and information pack to assist with weight loss.
Monday 8.15pm - 9.15pm, Wednesday 8.00pm - 9.00pm and Saturday 8.30am - 9.30am. £180 payable in installments.
Drop-in sessions are also available, for those wanting an outdoor fitcamp style workout without signing up for a full fitcamp programme.

Feel the burn. Low impact toning and tightening for the core, bum and legs.
