All classes cater for a range of abilities from beginner to advanced, great effort is made to ensure everyone feels supported and included. Broken into various stages including functional warm up drills, pairs padwork and drills, technique practice, high intensity pyramid and circuit/fitness workouts. Your fitbit will love you all week!

Express 45 Circuits

Fun circuit style class for weight loss, fitness and toning. No need to book a place, just turn up.

Wednesday 6.45pm - 7.45pm, £40 for 8 weeks or £6 per class.


This is a 12 week programme including; 3 sessions a week of indoor and outdoor varied exercise, pre and post programme measurements and a healthy eating advice and information pack to assist with weight loss.

Monday 8.15pm - 9.15pm, Wednesday 8.00pm - 9.00pm and Saturday 8.30am - 9.30am. £180 payable in installments.

Saturday Fitcamp

Drop-in sessions are also available, for those wanting an outdoor fitcamp style workout without signing up for a full fitcamp programme.

Kettlebell Mini Circuit

Fat blasting body sculpting mini circuit incorporating various kettlebell exercises.   

Tuesday 7.00pm - 7.25pm. 

Legs Bums and Tums

Feel the burn. Low impact toning and tightening for the core, bum and legs.
Tuesday 7.30-8.00pm.
£58 per 8 weeks for combined Kettlebell/LBT Tuesday class. 
Combining Kettlebells and LBT ensures maximum results but please enquire if you would like to attend half of this hour session.
Metabolic Inferno
Work to exhaustion with a variety of timed 20 minute programs. Feel the brief burn but benefit with a 24 hour metabolic boost. A time efficient workout to boost your strength, fitness and weight loss.

Discounted rates apply when attending 2+hours of other Physique Boutique classes during the week.  (2+ classes = £24 per 8 weeks, 3+classes= £20 per 8 weeks making this a great low cost add on class).
Tone Zone

Whole body toning and heart raising exercise to music workouts. Great fun, lots of laughter and dubious singing!
Thursday 7.15pm-7.45pm.

Abs Blast

Focused on a variety core exercises, delivered in different formats, often offering fun hoop workouts (and tuition). 
Thursday 7.45pm-8.15pm, £54 per 8 weeks for combined Tone Zone/Abs Blast class.
The lights go down, the heating goes up. Time to breathe, stretch, strengthen and relax. Vinyassa yoga, expertly taught by yoga teacher Rachel Gooch.
Thursdays 8.30pm-9.30pm. Starts 31st January, 10 week term, £80.
